In an effort to improve the customer experience and decrease downtime for customers, manroland AG has opened a new Western Hemisphere warehouse in Elk Grove Village, IL. The new facility will provide customers with higher levels of service and more immediate availability to service parts. It will also optimize the investment in spare parts inventories by maintaining them closer to the users who need them.
The new warehouse increases support for customers and the manroland service organization in North America, Mexico, Central America and South America.
The company now has three factory parts warehouses located in the United States, Asia and Europe.
