Konica Minolta promotes Rick Taylor to president, COO

　　Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. announces Rick Taylor has been promoted to president and chief operating officer.  Taylor will continue to report directly to CEO Ned Umehara.

　　“Since his 2008 arrival at Konica Minolta, Taylor has been instrumental in building a strong leadership team and leading the development and execution of a corporate strategy that has improved the financial performance, increased the productivity and raised the efficiency of Konica Minolta in a highly competitive marketplace,” says Umehara.  “I am confident we will be able to steer Konica Minolta towards the aggressive goals and objections we have set for the coming years.”

　　In this newly expanded role, Taylor will oversee and assist the growth opportunities within Konica Minolta’s sales organizations in Canada and Mexico.
