The stitching will be done inside the stitching device of the collator. The Herzog + Heymann Transport ´System stands inline behind the stitching device and plough folds the top flap.

The faster collators for binders can achieve more than twice of this output into the delivery. A 5.000 - 7.000 ex./h. production with stitched top flaps is realistic. Also in this case the plough fold will be done inline inside a Herzog + Heymann Transport System.

Herzog + Heymann ensures a filled refrigerator by means of a Magnet Calendar
Almost every housewife in the USA sticks the Herzog + Heymann magnet calendar at her refrigerator. The bottom part is produced on the Herzog + Heymann-Booklet line. The 32-page Booklet with Micro-Tear off-perforating on top will be folded in 2-up production. With a Transport System and the Pick + Place, the booklet and the magnet pad will be stuck together. Three-month Calendar ＂will never die＂
Similar to the magnetic calendar, the three-month calendar can be produced inline on Herzog + Heymann production lines. Because of the larger formats, a 2-up production is not possible. This calendar block has, despite the lack of stitching and not necessary top flap, a competitive quality.
