The Second Film Factory is a sub-company completely invested by Lucky Group. It is the largest base in China for printing sensitive material research and production. to serve the printing industry in every aspect, it is also the only one in China that is capable to manufacture both graphic-arts film and PS plate.
The factory was put into production in 1977. Over the past 20 years and more, the enterprise has owned a total assets close to about US$ 100 million. It has a vast of land of more than 0.40 million Sqm and a construction area of more than 0.20 million Sqm. There are about 3000 employees, over 800 engineers and technicians among them.
The production capacity at present is: 10 million Sqm sensitive films, 18 million Sqm PS plates and 5000 Tons of polyester thin film.
There are more than 70 kinds of products merged into 7 groups as follows: PS plates (Positive, negative and light printing plates, etc.) Graphic-arts films (Image recording film, Phototypesetting film and Camera and contact film), Coated base, Non-silver film, Certificate paper and Color inkjet recording media, etc. All the products are with a trade mark of “ Huaguang”. We formally introduced our CTP plate into the market in the year of 2001.
We will contribute our efforts to the development of printing technology both in China and the world in the future.
