　　The guideline for work plan of PEIAC in 2010 is earnestly implementing the spirit of the Seventeenth Congress of CPC and a series of policies and measures about expanding domestic demand and insuring economic growth, keeping a close watch on the economic performance of printing industry, playing an active role as bridge and link, strengthening the ability of serving for enterprises and improving service level, to finish all tasks of PEIAC in 2010 better.
　　i. To hold the sixth congress of PEIAC
　　The sixth congress of PEIAC will be held in the first half of 2010. During the meeting, the sixth council will be elected and new team of leaders will be formed.
　　ii. To do well the work related to industrial statistics, data analysis and information release
　　To do well the work of industrial statistics and information release is the groundwork of knowing economic performance of printing industry, also is the important basis for superior departments to make decision. PEIAC should strengthen the bond with associated industries and expand the source range of statistical data; strive to keep statistical date close to reality; strengthen deep understanding of industry and make classification more scientific and normative.
　　iii. To participate in the compilation of the 12th Five Year Plan in printing and printing equipment industries
　　PEIAC will organize industry expert to research the future of printing industry, and mobilize various powers for the 12th Five Year Plan in printing and printing equipment industries. After that, development plan of different special fields will be drawn up guided by the overall plan upon.
　　iv. To hold exhibitions
　　a. The 5th China North Printing Equipments & Materials Exhibition (Print North 2010) will be held on July 27th to 30th, 2010 in China International Exhibition Center, which is organized by China Print Show Company Ltd and sponsored by PEIAC and China International Exhibition Center Group Corporation. The total show area of Print North 2010 will reach 50,000 square meters. The Sixth International Exhibition of Quick Printing Equipment & Technology and 2010 International Digital Printing and Image Technology Exhibition will be held as one pavilion of Print North 2010.
　　b. The Second China International Exhibition for Label Technology (Label China 2010) will be held on Dec 15th to 17th, 2010 in INTEX Shanghai, which is sponsored by PEIAC and China Academy of Printing Technology.
　　v. To intensify efforts to promote self-innovation in printing industry
　　
　　a. Continuing to follow up 21 projects about printing equipment of self-innovation and technical renovation,which have been reported to Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in March, 2009. Now, four projects have been approved after review of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and National Development and Reform Commission.
　　b. With the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology and China Machinery Industry Federation, technical innovation alliance of printing technology and equipment industries will be founded. The alliance will establish the organizational model with different forms and multiple levels, to do all works about techonological breakthrough, research and development. Enterprise is the mainstay of the alliance, and it’s principle is volunteering, risk-sharing and pooling of interest.
　　vi. Holding the fourth meeting for export and exhibiton work
　　The meeting for export and exhibiton work is held every two years, its major tasks are summarizing the status quo and issues of export and exhibition business in the last two years, discussing tactic and measure, giving suggestion about working priorities of export and exhibition business for the next two years. The meeting for export and exhibition work held in 2010 will commend pioneer enterprises getting excellent achievements in export and exhibition business during 2008 to 2009.
　　vii. Preparatory work for Print China 2011
　　The Second International Printing Technology Exhibition of China (Guangdong) (Print China 2011) will be held on April 9th to 13th, 2011 in Guangdong. The total show area of Print China 2011 will reach 100,000 square meters, and it will attract 1000 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors to participate in this gathering. On the basis of the success of China Print 2009, PEIAC will persist in the fundamental purpose of serving for exhibitors, member enterprises and professional visitors, for further improving international standard of Print China 2011.
　　viii. Preparatory work for Forum-PT 2011
　　The Second International Forum for the Development of Printing Technology (Forum-PT 2011) will be held on April 8th,2011 in Dongguan. During the forum, the authorities from printing and printing equipment industries at home and abroad will introduce the future of printing technology and market.
　　ix. Propaganda and collection work for the Third China Print Awards
　　The Third China Print Awards will collect the entries made from Jan 1st, 2009 to Dec 31st, 2010. The work of primary evaluation, re-evaluation and final evaluation will be finished in the first quarter of 2011. And the ceremony for promulgation of the Third China Print Awards will be held during Print China 2011. All award-winning works will be exhibited at fine works pavilion of Print China 2011, showing the printing ability and design level of China’s printing and packaging enterprises to purchasers at home and abroad, also establishing platform for China’s printing enterprise to take oversea orders.
　　x. To organize member enterprises to participate in oversea printing exhibitions
　　With the purpose of helping China’s printing equipment and material enterprises expand oversea market, PEIAC will organize member enterprises to participate in IPEX 2010. 40 enterprises from China will exhibit at this show, and the net show area will reach 2,000 square meters. Besides, PEIAC’s oversea exhibition list includes the show in India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Canada, and so on, which will help China’s enterprises consolidate business in Southeast Asia market, expand South American market and European market.
　　xi. To hold training course of technology and management
　　According to the requirement of member enterprises, PEIAC will hold 8 to 10 technical courses in 2010, related to the professional knowledge of digital printing, packaging, publication printing, screen printing, inkjet printing, printing material, and so on. These training courses will propagandize the advanced experience of corporation culture building, help enterprise maintain harmonious cultural atmosphere.
　　xii. To hold the 13th Beijing International Printing Information Conference
　　The 13th Beijing International Printing Information Conference (INFOPRINT 2010) will be held on Dec 3rd, 2010 in Beijing. INFOPRINT 2010 will accentuate the new and important feature: releasing the latest and the most important information related to product, technology; releasing the important information related to printing market at home and abroad; releasing national economic performance and relevant policy.
　　xiii.Improving the construction of PEIAC
　　According to the arrangement of central government and requirement of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, PEIAC will continue to pay attention to follow-up work of learning scientific outlook on development, seek practical results and consolidate existing achievements. In 2010, PEIAC hope to keep close contact with enterprises, strengthen research and investigation, and solve more practical problems for industry and enterprises.
　　a. To raise the consciousness of serving industry and enterprise, encourage staff to offer suggestion for the development of industry and do more for enterprises.
　　b. To play active role of Party branch, strengthening ideological political work, take people as dominant factor, also pay more attention to training young cadres and systematize the professional training for young staff.
　　c. General election of Book & Periodical Printing Sub-association, Printing Material Sub-association, Quick Printing Sub-association, Digital and Network Printing Sub-association and Inkjet Printing Sub-association will be finished in 2010.
　　d. To strengthen and perfect personnel system, financial management and control system, also create financial budget of 2010.
　　e. To actively recruit new membership to PEIAC.
　　xiv. According the work plan of PEIAC in 2010, all sub-associations, working committees will make their own work plans in 2010.
