CeBIT is the world's largest and most influential information and communications technology trade fair. The flagship event, CeBIT Hannover, runs for seven days each spring (from 2004 on it will run for seven days) and takes place at the Hannover Fairgrounds in Hannover, Germany.  CeBIT 2003 used 3.82 million square feet of net display space and hosted 6,526 exhibiting companies, 562,000 visitors and 10,711 journalists.
