Inkon Printers has been closed following a meeting of creditors.

    According to Companies House Jonathan Sinclair at Sinclair Harris was appointed liquidator at Inkon Printers on 26 June 2009.

    However, the meeting of liquidators to confirm the liquidation took place on 7 July 2009.

    Despite repeated attempts to contact Sinclair, PrintWeek has been unable to clarify the details behind the liquidation.

    Inkon Printers director David Wardell was unavailable for comment.

    According to the Inkon Printers website, the company ran two-, five- and 10-colour Heidelberg presses, as well as a Xeikon 500.
