Requirement：
>Review and analyze existing manufacturing cost system, and be able to identify opportunities for the division to effectively control and plan production overheads.
> Oversee the product cost function, estimate and forecast product costs, prepare reports to measure production activities
> co-ordinate CI projects to add value to the production function and to drive maximum performance.
> Develop the appropriate cost analysis tools & database to support business strategy
> Support new project cost estimation and standard costing setup
> Conduct cost training & SOP presentation to the team and management
Education/Major/Training：
> Bachelor Degree in finance or accounting or above, preferably with Master Degree
Experience/Competency/Others:
> Qualified with a good track history in production and cost management
> Familiarity with ERP systems and Manufacturing experience will be highly advantageous
> Familiar with US GAAP and printing industry
> Strong attention to detail and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels
> Naturally be a self-motivated, energetic person with savvy interpersonal and influencing abilities
