The Task:
· Manage the manufacturing of company products.
· Maintain a high standard product quality as well as quality in all work process.
· Material control and management.
· To work closely with other counterparts in assuring the achievement of the company’s targets and objectives.
· Investigate management reports, explain variance to budget.
· Provide leadership, management and development of personnel.
· Execute and implement necessary training programs for all employees.
The Person:
· A University Degree holder in Engineering; related discipline with at least 5 years’ solid operations / production management experience preferably in food and paper/board printing and packaging industry.
· Station and work in
· Experience in ISO9002 Quality Management, QS and HACCP System.
· Proven successful track record and strong team building/ management skill.
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin with good interpersonal and communication skills.
