Ricoh India pushes customer service through Pro Partnership Programmes

  Training operators, educating sales team and planning business strategies to help its customers grow their business is what Ricoh India is aiming for through its Pro Partnership programme.
 
  Ricoh India inaugurated three such programmes with Star Xeroxx in Chennai, Ram and Lakshman Graphics in Bengalure and Sagar Stationery and Xerox in Mumbai as its partners.

  "Ricoh digital production presses provides its customers the endorsement in high quality print and the Pro Partnership programme initiative adds a new dimension to the existing partnership with our active customers," said Avijit Mukherjee, business head- production printing business group at Ricoh India. "The partnership empowers our customers to explore better their print operation and explore new avenues to make their business profitable."
 
  A Srinivasan of Star Xeroxx in Chennai, the first in the series of Pro Partnership programme  was inaugurated, said: "This is our first digital press and the Pro Partnership is a firm commitment from Ricoh emphasising on the need of the hour, that is, taking the relationship beyond mere buyer-seller structure."

  He added: "To break the monotony from a shop dependent on walk-in customers to corporate clients is a key benefit of this partnership."

  "Our partnership with Ricoh has always made our company more efficient, delivering higher levels of quality to our customers at lower costs. We are happy to be on the verge of another such partnership. It will help us expand our avenues as a team," said S Thiruvengadam, CEO, Ram and Lakshman Graphics.
 
  Jayesh Shah, proprietor at Sagar Stationery and Xerox, where the latest Pro Partnership was inaugurated, said: "Currently we are printing 30,000-35,000 A3 sheets per month. And with the benefit this partnership will offer, we are aiming to up our production. Buying Ricoh was a conscious decision and the post-sales attention that we have received justifies our decision."
 
  Ricoh India plans more such programmes in the future. "Each partnership will provide a clear path for creating solutions and extending our association with our customers," concluded Anjana Saha, marketing manager, production printing business group, Ricoh India.
