Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. announces Rick Taylor has been promoted to president and chief operating officer.  Taylor will continue to report directly to CEO Ned Umehara.

　　In this newly expanded role, Taylor will oversee and assist the growth opportunities within Konica Minolta’s sales organizations in Canada and Mexico.
